They are precision parts manufacturers, as engineer we will get knowledge & idea about materials, cutting tools, machining, different manufacturing processes, complex Designs of Defense and aero space. every day they will get new design and the will work on it.

Dislikes

working hours are horrible you can't expect 8-5.30 job. it keep on extend.

Working as Partner in the company. Learned many things here in Product development. Team is good. Life is cool here Financial bottlenecks with the company have left a little opportunity to grow.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
