They created the company policies in favor of the company. If you put the paper in this company they will start the political game with you. The manager and HR will play the game in your life when you put the paper. Team leads are using bad words when you are in the training period. Unofficially they force you to work more than 1-2 hours per day to impress the management. But they don't provide the allowance for this during the WFH. Expected appraisal they don't provide you. If you take your comp off they won't allow you they push you to avoid such leave but they want you to work Saturday and Sunday. When the appraisal time they told you that they don't have a profit in the financial year so you will get less appraisal. The work pressure is very high.

Good for Freshers... Can have good steady growth. Definitely good job security always they try to help employees Without termination giving other options to work in company.

Dislikes

Leaves are less. No earned leave pay. We have to exhaust them. less projects in cloud technologies. Work location is far away from city.

...n-site opportunities are only given to senior resources(10-15 years experience). Work-life balance is very bad as they make us work late nights and also don't pay us for the extra work and time we put in to reach the goals.

Is good for freshers. Freshers can learn more skills. Lunch will provide all the employees. You will get onsite opportunity very shortly if you are working good. Work life balance job

...ination with management, they are too slow and won't support on the timely need. I have worked with them as consultant and there are cases where the pay was missed for 2 months.
