The CEOs vision, dedication and hard work is very evident to be the best Indian brand in the history of serving Chai through stores, brewing bots, CPG and traning business initiatives. There a few good employees within the organisation who are individually contributing to the founder's vision from a very long time. The CEO is supportive to all of them in their day to day work life and ensuring they're earning decently and growing over a period of time in Retail and VAAS, business front-line.

Dislikes

... for the procurement and who becomes a thread by raising a noise to the founder. I had work for stability with zero growth and my salary compare to previous payscale vs commited numbers due to previous CFO and director left to start their own ventures. For all who are reading this review I'm decoding it, please don't join SCM, try some other functions like Retail, VAAS, Marketing and CPG teams. This review is from 2021 to 2024 December as on date.

Whatever the condition here you can work as much as you can but with same salary. Maximum stores are delivery basis and you just have to do work like a team member nothing else so they never terminate anyone until any cash deviation found.

Dislikes

...t good payout, didn't get increment, didn't get promotion on time, infact never. They just give false satisfaction and do false promises and make you revoke your resignation and when the final day came then again same story so you resign that time, in that way they never have to do increment/promotion and hire other staff again at same salary . Didn't get any overtime after doing 11-12 hours shift.

There are some Great team members that come with brilliant experience, got to learn a lot from them

Growth is very slow, Salary is way below market average and there are some team members that ruin the company's culture and work ethics.

No job security during this pandamic & salary cuts is happening in march itself to all levels.i dont know what will happen in april when there is confirmed shutdown. really there is no job security dusring such lockdown.
