I have worked in CGI for a short period, but my experience was positive. The company offers a good work-life balance, along with competitive salary and benefits.

Dislikes

Senior team members lack strong knowledge and communication skills.

Good work environment and culture teammates are supportuve and the management is transparent.these is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow there is bond of 2 years before which you cannot .

My team was too good and moreover I had good learning oppurtunites with awesome work life balance. hike will be good enough but not satisfactory. management doesnt think to make normalisation as per to market standards. and moreover getting leaves is same as asking someone's kidney.

compensation not as per to market standards, no onsite, leave policy is hillarious

CGI is a good company for experienced professionals. They will get what they expect.

...h doesn't have any scope in future and aren't released when the tenure expires . The salary and hike is also so less.

Depends upon project and business unit. For me , here in DataCycle360 and Wealth360, work is excellent means, you will get more and more work if you are able to do quickly so, learning opportunity is excellent, technologies is also decent as per industry, but if i think independently and don't compare with other company then carriers growth (salary) in terms of appraisal is not good.

Appraisal, salary growth within CGI, Hybrid mode of working, WFO, In terms of quality and quantities work delivered - More work is there based on current 9LPA CTC of promoted SSE atleast for me, by comparing with external hired SSE which takes 19LPA. So, Switching to other company is good rather than getting Promoted within CGI.
