Not a good place to start your job because of the pay scale given for yearly increment.

Only only plus point-if you join CGI with some experience (not as fresher) then you will get best package and best project(but make sure you get dedicated client project only) mark my words you will feel regret if you get multiclient projects.

Terrible projects, no scope for growth, always care about client they dont even think about employees, most worst part "hikes" when year end comes they shuffle the resources here and there and say we have to see performace will help with better hike in coming year and that is not gonna happen foe ever

CGI has potentially strong clients across UK Canada across various industries, you can expect job security here since CGI is a financially stable company as hardly recession happens.

Personally I feel As an entry level professional the compensation part is not upto the standard not sure if it same for all.

Compensation is not upto market standards. Employee welfare should be given more importance and not just limited to good scores on msap. Managers should be enabled to treat members right.

Working at CGI will help you to enhance your skill, job security is 100% , if you are working in shifts lyf balance becomes hectic.. appraisal was very pathetic in 2017 , haven't accepted single digit gonna get working in CGI.

Salary hike.. state to state priority is given on appraisal time.
