There were no bonus till today, not even one rupee they will pay for the employees benefits and for their health and also company is making profit out of employees but not doing anything for them. No proper transport facility and they expect everyone to come to office on our own risk. No holiday throughout the year especially India but for other countries they will give vacation for some days (ex: New year, Christmas) Indian festival holidays will be considered as Restricted Holiday. We have to get approval from our RM for the these festival Holiday as well. We have to work for these days as well. You will not get recognition for what you are doing from the company and also whenever you join the company will give the promotion and hikes only in the month of December end. Sad but true company is over all making profit making employees to work and not providing proper facilities for them so that they can rise the market price and to attract the investers is their over all strategy that's it. #Not taken care for Employees and their families.

CGI’s medical insurance is pathetic. Very late response. Initial Sum assured value is less.

... speak their own vernacular tongue only. But that’s not true for all projects. Compensation too depends project to project, but in my case politics affects it. NO ON SITE EVEN BEFORE COVID. Using backward tools and technologies. Managers (again in personal experience) don’t allow growth, afraid the member may leave later. Also, Bangalore and Hyderabad have better growth than Chennai office.

Company policies are good. Job security. No issues with the leave. Teammates are supportive. Soft skill training.

Micromanagement and no work life balance in some teams. Career stagnation. It offers less salary than the market. Annual hikes are low.

The company has good employee policies. The job is pretty secure so you can relax and work. Good investment and Esops options.

...e pathetic and they want you to beg them for even a substantial hike. The salary review team is disconnected from the ground reality. DO NOT JOIN IF YOU ARE A MANAGEMENT GRADUATE
