Compensation Culture where no additional benefits for working weekends or no additional payments for more than 5 days a week work or additional hours.

I loved the work culture of CGI and we are able take skill development programmes without limitations.

Dislikes

I'm not happy with salary and benefits. For experience people they will pay but not who joined as freshers.

Work life balance is peace and supportive environment and get more opportunities to grow and up skill on advanced technologies.

Salary hikes on appriasal and giving less hike but apart from salary hike everything is too good in CGI.

...veing manners how to behave and talk with the employee no respect to employees. salary is too low according to market standards..very low increament..

Flexible with timing, management would respect employees when they spoke

...s favoured management. There was no good hikes even after asking multiple times. The salary isn't upto market standards.
