This company CGI interview I attended 3 time and cleared 3 times. HR send salary breakup over and I confirmed every time to release offer letter. BUT BUT the HR and Accounts Manager team didn’t release 3 times after clearing all interviews 3 time is last 4 yrs ..,, I believe a very Unprofessional Company I ever found in my career... If they are not confident abut salary to give the why they are conducting interviews.. they are just doing timepass What I heard also couple of manager left CGI and joined wipro .,. Now they are supplying resources from wipro.,, By writing this I am trying to convey you all that just be aware of this recruitment process and think 100 times to attend this company interview. Definitely this company will not give offer letter even if you clear all its interviews HR of this company are not al all clear visibility on what package to offer and that package range is approved by their management or not is big question

...agement Even if they give u offer letter also revoke it at any point of time So if you want stable job never ask them salary hike or don’t attend interview Don’t waste you time in interview in CGI

Shift allowance is something we appreciate. Working as a team culture is good. Members are cooperative, supportive and friendly.

Compensation Culture where no additional benefits for working weekends or no additional payments for more than 5 days a week work or additional hours.

I loved the work culture of CGI and we are able take skill development programmes without limitations.

I'm not happy with salary and benefits. For experience people they will pay but not who joined as freshers.

They don't even increase your salary and no hikes pls don't join in this company I am working in this company from past 3 years I joined 6 lpa and current my CTC is 6.5 lpa I believed in management words later on I realised they are simply using you...

Good work life balance, Decent package with company shares allotment. Overall feels satisfactory.

Dislikes

My immediate reporting manager tried to extend my notice period without my awareness, just because of client request. Later escalated this to HR and sorted. Not sure about other projects, in my project - Hike and Promotion is not based on performance or fullfilling our goal setting.
