Very employee friendly company. Company financials and reputation in North America is very good. No dearth for projects. Moving from one BU to another is easy. Very flexible culture when other IT companies are forcing and threatening employees to return to office, CGI is requesting members to come to office atleast once a week. Senior management is very approachable and open to ideas.

Dislikes

Salary is lesser compared to market standards. But it is ok while considering the flexible work culture and job security. My 6th year in the company and I still love going to work everyday.

Management is biased Only the favourites will get all benefits You will always be a victim of circumstance as management will also have a reason for not giving hike or bonus Some project they ask you to work for 12-14 hrs and also on some weekends due to poor planning which is never resolved
