Over all it’s a good company Salary, hikes, incentives and other benefits is good Good work life balance and no pressure working in this company. Lot of opportunities will be provided to skill development and individual development

Due to less Projects, job assurance is very less, sometimes have to sit in bench and all of sudden they’ll given one month notice period.

The company is very employee friendly with a strong emphasis on work-life balance. we have the freedom to make decisions which allows us to take full ownership of our roles. Overall its a supportive and dynamic that values contributions and encourage growth

Consider thinking twice before Joining this organization, as it is not trustworthy. If you are released from your current project, they may let you go without any notice, even within a single day. Working at CES is insecure job based on my personal experience with the issue.

They act infront you like to do the necessary action. But it won't reflect.

Worst they are not listening your thoughts and under estimating you always. Really worst if you ask your interest skills they will give you opposite of it. Worst things going. Till now I didn't given my feedback negatively they forced me to given.

Since it is a mid-tier company, you get a chance to work with a lot of technologies other than your main role. Therefore, the learning is really good. The management of the company is also ok, it could be better.

Dislikes

There is a problem here that things are not planned very well for even the near future. My suggestion would be to have a clear agenda and let employees know about the same.
