First Job is always special, this my Frist job. i found this company very good in terms of skill development and a growth I always wanted to join an organisation where I could get the opportunity to learn and grow. Everyone is very supportive you can connect with them anytime regards to your concern regarding personal and professional growth. This company helped me to grow personally and professionally as well.

For freshers salary is very less as per the industry but i believe at the start of our career learning matters more than earings.
