Job security is really good, work culture is awesome and mostly depend on manager and colleague. But I saw most of the team here happy with their manager, team and work culture.

...cation regarding that and only reason employee here resign because of that only. Else if you are okay with your compensation and average appraisal and no learning then this might be the awesome company.

Well, it ain’t like i specify pay scale only reason as an engineer. but if i look at the product based companies pay scale stats it shows the reality. I don’t see any other points for which cerner ain’t good for. It’s the best from any other perspectives(work life, culture, learning and development)

It is very difficult to find teams with culture this good. Everyone is entirely supportive and professional. It's a huge plus. Makes everything bearable.

...you do, there may not be enough opportunities for growth. Need better appraisal. It's great to be treated well but the monetary compensation matters too.
