I like there auditing work...training was good..I learn small small things in that job...My experience was good...

I was not comfortable with salary in that job..so I quit that job. And there is no PF facility also..

...gement has old women and sick men. They themselves have no ethics or competence. They are surviving as they are oldest consulting firm which provides cheap services in areas of compensation where other companies don’t like to work

Poor infrastructure, poor work life balance, highly discriminatory manager

The work culture here is good. Huge scope for learning & development. Gets exposure to various HR services.

Dislikes

No work-life balance. No Job security at all. Company policies are not in favour of the employee. No employee benefit schemes. Very high work pressure. Slow growth.
