I got the best team, where my colleague and manager was good person. Job security is good but less growth opportunity, less increment, no compendation and benifit.

Horrible HR/Exit policies, company expect to work 24x7 from each individual.

HR and management be like : forget each & every thing and work 24x7 and in return you will get PIP and don't ask for increment at all.

List is very long, pathetic Lala company, HR is puppet , torchers employees wid new exploiting policies ,Namesake Mnc ,no job security, throw u like anything ,make u work on all days ,very stressful job with no rewards
