Timely Salary and bonus. Perfect accounting. Products are good.

It is ridiculous to appointing inefficient person in place of efficient person top to bottom in most of the cases. There is no any analysis what was doing earlier person and what is doing new one. HR is only messenger of the top salaried person. No any policy and ethics. Your job is safe if you have connection with top salaried persons... It is no matter if you are not capable.

Not provided offer letter and they will return CTC on written and they will not discuss CTC over call mail and whtsaap And three years bond is compulsory before sign of bond they will not provided offer letter please think then will go

... provided offer letter CTC breakups Even not discuss on call or whtsaap mail Total hidden politics and total fake each and everything first at the time of interview they discuss in hand salary is this this and after joing 25% less salary I received this is totally bad and hidden polices from the mangament and hr also hr is also not good they will never pick up the call and they will not respond properly they are very rude and misbehave to the employers Don't join other wise u will loose the good and best opportunity in the future don't sign a bond u will hold for three years and no increment and appraisal will given in between 3 years after three years they promisses will give but all are fake total fake

The one thing that I appreciate most is their salary deposit date. Cera never play around that. Another aspects is the very good system of reimbursement.

This was a very good company, but some set of individuals misused the authority to pamper their own ego and for their own benefits. There is literally a strong leadership crisis. At present one's are biased and egoistic. Gender differences and personal individual preferences are more

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent.There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

There is a lot of politics and the managements doesn't address our issues salary is decent

As an company Cera is number 1. Job security is 100% . Culture only bosses are good but employees with no manners.

Culture i don't like at all. 3 year bond os there which you can't resign and go or else we need to pay for that. No training given till date .
