Salary Compensation is not on par with the Market. Work-Life balance is not good as you are expected to put in everything in order to get a task done. Need a more balanced culture. Organization has grown too fast. Not enough training is provided to mid level to enhance their skills.

Job security and skill development is very consistent with the TATA brand.

Dislikes

The clear disparity in the working hours and salary structure (and consequent salary growth) of employees at different levels. The upper echelon of management is disjointed from reality lived by the other lower level of employees.

Working in tata Boeing aerospace limited as Manufacturing engineer is very good. Tata is not only focusing about customer satisfaction, equally they are giving importants to employees skills, offering learning courses.Tata is expanding into all sectors.

Salary wise they could concentrate.

Likes

Most of the skilled and efficient staff are recruited from thirdparty Payroll. Higher Management response is poor and very late. Tata Brand only, apart from that mid range level companies have good culture and system than this.

Dislikes

Variation between onroll and third party Payroll staff., they treat Payroll employees like robots and they didn't give any credit or respect to Payroll staff.Think 10 times before going in to third party payroll in this boeing company

U will gain knowledge from guys from shop floor. And RM.

Dislikes

Ur ideas will not be encouraged even though they work-out. U will be asked to work in different shifts, false promises of getting promoted. Use u until a new experienced guys comes up. Will be asked to give KT indirectly to him then when he is confident that he can cope up without you u will be given silly reasons to finish the time period of ur internship and leave. Incompetent manager hired.doesnt know what I have done
