...lexible work environment. Anyone is reachable. The MD is a calm and kind person. No hidden salary deductions, what you see on the offer letter as salary, you get it. Salary wise, they compensate more than top MNC's

Dislikes

They are a bit unorganized. Lack of enterprise level projects and limited learning scope. I cannot say these as Cons, but as a company they're building themselves

...ands their own importance and respect the work of others. No corporate politics. Compensation as per the standards, profit shared as bonus with all the employees. Great place to work.

I have not observed any negative things in this company.

Working culture and coordination between the teams is great , Improved technical skills with the new technologies. Finally working in Ceptes is the good opportunity for me to prove my skills.

Some times felt little bit stress but have a chance to recover immediately.

I have concerns about working at CEPTES Software due to lots of pressure and a lack of positive recognition for good performance. The company culture is often toxic, making it challenging to work with peace of mind. Role changes frequently occur without notice, leaving employees with no option to choose whether to accept a new role. Additionally, the work schedule is unpredictable, with frequent shifting working hours, complicating efforts to maintain a healthy work-life balance.

You will get good learning opportunity. Colleges were really friendly and helps each others.

Dislikes

Appraisal cycle and hike not as promised. Once your client project got over you will never know when will be your last working day. And often they will try to judge you and lower your confidence when your are not in billable project.
