Likes

Working culture and coordination between the teams is great , Improved technical skills with the new technologies. Finally working in Ceptes is the good opportunity for me to prove my skills.

Dislikes

Some times felt little bit stress but have a chance to recover immediately.

Likes

I appreciate CEPTES Software for its positive work environment. The Office events help foster team bonding and create a more engaging atmosphere.

Dislikes

I have concerns about working at CEPTES Software due to lots of pressure and a lack of positive recognition for good performance. The company culture is often toxic, making it challenging to work with peace of mind. Role changes frequently occur without notice, leaving employees with no option to choose whether to accept a new role.Additionally, the work schedule is unpredictable, with frequent shifting working hours, complicating efforts to maintain a healthy work-life balance....Read More
