Can be trained well in various disciplines since the opportunities are abundant. Trained professionals present on ground so one can absorb industrial knowledge.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

... various miscommunications and dead ends. Micromanagement within various teams. Made to work over hours without an ly compensation and appreciation. Management are very demotivating
