Its a decent company for freshers who are looking to make their career in Digital Marketing, But would suggest to switch with 6-10 months of experience

Poor company culture with less or no annual increment and need interaction of CEO with employees inorder to hire the right candidate

The only reason why I gave 5 star to skill development part is, this company helped me gain/develop my skills (of course every does that)

Dislikes

The Manager of Nagpur location, why? Because I only wanted a one thing from the company and that's the letter of recommendation, which they didn't even entertain, though their help wasn't needed..

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
