Salary on time , job timings are good , pressure is managable depends on your reporting manager .

Dislikes

SFA Application , comoany cutting employee and employer contribution from our salary , lots of politics , Branch head anytime fire you . HR in this company is like Robot only , compensation and petrol allowances is also poor .No free health insurance and other benefits . No schemes for employees.

First thing first, I am saying all the things for joka unit only. Can't say about other 1) Bonus @20% per annum 2) Big and vast unit. You will end up learning something for sure.

Dislikes

...any leave for 1st one year.. no matter if you have most serious of the diseases. It will be leave without pay. 4) the LWP you took for the year will get adjusted in 2nd yr also. Second year, onwards you are entitled for 30 leaves. Now for instance if you by any means couldn't able to attain office for 20 days in first yr, your leave will be adjusted with the formula 365-20*0.08 . i.e. 27.

...cing to prise dealer ke mann me jo rate aaye wo uss tarike se sale karata he co. Apne hisab se sale karati he or employees ko time se salary bhi nahi dete

...is on a growth path, long term vision is very clear and in process of execution. Compensation is reasonably good as per the industry. Other facilities are at per industry. Over all good company with a clear vision for future.

Dislikes

Better to say area of improvement. 1. Inter departmental transfer opportunity should be explored since it is the biggest company in this segment and has lot of other departments'. 2. Intervention of top level management in few smallest thing should be avoided. 3. At times, company thinks that market would except whatever it does, which is not reality.

Timely salary & expense bill.

Dislikes

Internal politics, language based discrimination in Kolkata and Baharampur Branch. Company is not HR based, too much interference of Manager in promotion , and salry hike issue. Promotion and increment is not basd on work it based on buttering in West Bengal (Kolkata) and UPC branch (Baharampur).
