... is the best co. To work, I like their team work and helping nature of employee. There are no tension about job security, salary is satisfactory, colony culture is also best, there are no politics in shop floor and always inspire to their junior employees to learn more and more their jobs.

At that time cement mill, raw mill and kiln section are so polluted area.

It was a fantastic journey with CTIL. I was started my job as a bottom level employee and resigned as HoD Stores. Hence I can say that CTIL value the talent. They have nurtur and polished my knowledge. I will always miss d culture of Birla's. Thanks to the management for giving me opportunity to be the part of galaxy.

Work pressure is my view dislike point but is naturally of all companies and my second view work pressure is opportunity of self proving.
