... is the best co. To work, I like their team work and helping nature of employee. There are no tension about job security, salary is satisfactory, colony culture is also best, there are no politics in shop floor and always inspire to their junior employees to learn more and more their jobs.

It was a fantastic journey with CTIL. I was started my job as a bottom level employee and resigned as HoD Stores. Hence I can say that CTIL value the talent.
