when am joining centum electronics i dont know that much skill but after that daily am learning something i think centum electronics is not a working area its always learning center i like my company always all engineers are supporting together thanks centum

...h salary they are given 200 percent you can't survive with minimum lifestyle... Also there is salary deduction...to much

✓Many things we can learn here. Good for fresher's. ✓Good environment nice place to work. ✓They are maintaining 5'S, 6sigma, 8QC tool and kaizen activities. ✓One of Best electronics company at Bangalore. ✓Free CAB facility.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary(9700) is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
