...is no other company that provides you this in Service Delivery field of work. Compensation, they pay you well. Really well. Period. Overall Satisfaction, with the above criteria in place, the overall satisfaction is superb. You look forward to going to the office every morning (rather every afternoon, considering its a UK shift).

Very Kneejerk in Policies Job security is negative There is a fear of job loss looming over you every moment The leadership team in the UK are totally not aware of political undercurrents at their Indian premises and has a negative impact over people working here, especially ones who want to stay clear off the politics and focus on work.
