CSE is open to innovation in Global Environmental issues and develops and adopts latest research based technology. Its my good luck that I am a part of team that is global Trainor on environmental issues. On site travel is completely dependent on my job requirements. We have collaborations with International agencies who work and train professionals on environmental issues. My colleagues come from various nationalities and cultural backgrounds and we work happily together. I like employee re-hire policy and employment policy for the wards of employees who retire.

Compensation is excellent and is always more than expected. Career Growth is very fast. Flexi working helps in keeping space for family & friends. Here Management do value an individual's unique strength and most of time my suggestions are considered by them. Appreciations from Training participants/Visitors are noticed every time when they occur. Their is On-job training for fresher under senior persons like me which is a pleasure for me.

Even during work they teach you so much. Apart from other firms they actually cared whether the interns were learning new things or not and regularly conducted discussion meets and lectures on topics selected by the interns. This was something I had never experienced or heard of. Really appreciate their efforts.

There is so much of exciting work that various departments engage in and regular interaction would have benefitted everyone. Inter and intra team interaction was a bit less. Apart from that CSE is a great place to live.
