No provident fund, no gratuity to project staffs No unity between the senior management team unless the case is salary hike/benefits. The entire institution is running under 2 or 3 hands. No project staff engagement programmes. No joining letter for project staffs, no work culture. Sweepers of the company are paid/valued more than project staffs. So unless you are a robot, stay away from this company.
