Long working hours, minimum pay (for a person having M.Tech/PhD with more than 6 years experience, they pay just 22000 rupees)
You should be a loyal dog to the senior officers (not everyone) to get any salary hike/promotion.
Most of the project staffs are forced to work during weekends, nights, from home without any additional benefits, benefits (tea, biriyani) will be given to those who are ready to work like a dog throughout his career.
No provident fund, no gratuity to project staffs
No unity between the senior management team unless the case is salary hike/benefits.
The entire institution is running under 2 or 3 hands.
No project staff engagement programmes.
No joining letter for project staffs, no work culture.
Sweepers of the company are paid/valued more than project staffs.
