Good learning opportunities Work oriented culture Great colleagues turned into friends

Dislikes

...top management (leaders G1) only cares about deliverables and not fellow people Salary compensation is always less since company is making loss from a long time Salaries are even less in product side of it.

Company let's you focus on multiple skillet and build good knowledge base. There is good options for learning for a fresher. For middle management layer, they have arranged leadership training which is quite effective. Work life balance is really good. No extra hours work and leave application is also really smooth.

1. The management is fully business focused and not people focused. 2. No fun activities other than work, also recognition for good work is also missing. 3. No active mentorship, you have to carve your own path without anyone helping you. 4. Developer centric organization.
