It's a paramilitary force functions under central govt gave good salary and the management is transparent

Dislikes

It is the largest paramilitary forces in india manegment doesn't address the lower rank issues and career growth is slow

I worked 26 years service complete.i get salary 60,000/- Fer monthly.i have serviced in all states in India.i know that all Indian languages understand,and I have experience in VIP duties. I liked changed work place and work method.so I voluntary retirement from CRPF in 30/04/2017. Since I have a license pistal Holder. So I liked personal security officer for any VIP member.
