Nothing to learn. No employee recognition. No proper administration. No common sense and values. Once upon a time the organisation is so powerful, now it's a threat to nation with the wrong people's holding permanent job.

Dislikes

Full of internal cheap politics and third class mind set people. Unprofessional and unethical management and administration holding the permanent chairs. Individual interest is more involved than core principles of governance.
