Low salary but on time this is only good

Dislikes

This company is not good. They force you to work on Saturdays and Sundays without any extra pay, calling it "ownership." There are many hidden policies. If you refuse, the director behaves very badly. The project managers don't know technical things but still tell you how to code and how long it should take. This company is not good for freshers or experienced people

They offer flexible working hour , Environment at centelli is quite okay They follow US & UK calendar so probably you are not having leave on Indian festivals
