...of proper planning by upper management which making the state of company poor. Now not entertaining freshers and wants experienced people at cheap pay. Favouritism is pretty evident in this company which is making this company to suffer. Join this company for short term. In the long run it's destined to fail only a solid upper management decisions while keeping employees' benefits in mind can save it.

It use to be good under the previous CEO (From Oct 22 till Jan 2024)

Post Jan 2024, new CEO (Kalyan) took over and created a very negative work environment: - Region Bias - Language Bias - Did not understand the business and took decision with people, laid off 80% work crew, inspite few being really great employees (If we give positive to help the business however it's against his word, they are laid off in the next cycle) - They retained a developer saying they will give better offer, however in the next cycle he was laid off

Dislikes

Lots of miscommunication and management issue specially in design department. Team leaders and managers are immature and risking the employee job while the time of layoff. No learning and only misleading context getting from managers. Whenever asking anything from manager regarding work they have no idea what's the next. Manager only telling she will ask and let me know but she never let me know. Fake PIP Senarios they started which is affecting the mental level of employee a lot and when the employee reach to HR, manager and team leads just denied that they did not put anyone on PIP. It's one of the worst experience i ever had in my corporate career.
