There is no support from management, no hike no bonus and more of deduction on current salary

There is lot of politics and management does care that. Management treats employes just as financial transaction no proper support nobody is even concerned about employees conditions or in what situation the employee is in at the end they just want their work to be done by hook or crook.

...ffer letter. All are bad. No fun. No activities. Outing once in two years I got. Very very less salary starting from 7k. No proper documentation and many more.

Working in a Celtycs is v.good opportunity as well as management and I would like to work again in the same company If I get an opportunity.

Because salary wise they will pay too less as comparied to other companies and less no growth

Hybrid mode of work. If have strong reason then they allow WFH. For genuine reasons they surely cooperate. This the only best here Friendly nature, no bossism. Freedom within premises (anyways u can't be free) If you have skill issue but not will issue then they dont let you go. They try to sort out (actually it doesn't happen but still we should appreciate this) Saturday is a half day (but it's for name sake many time) Everyday there will be escalation due to no real time response

Dislikes

You will work as a call auditor but they will call you as QA. Quality tools, quality dash board, calibration, F2F feedback sharing, TNI, CSAT DSAT, BQM based on agents KPI, Quality parameters all these things you will lack by working here. You will only listen to the call and share FB via a tool. If you go out this company stating you are an experienced then you need to struggle a lot. Whatever energy you put but you can't achieve your target without extending. If you are not strong enough to fight back then your shift will be extended and if you fight for yourself then it may affect your KPI. The work you will do here will not satisfy you by any means!

Didn't get leave if necessary need to request like anything, for 1 month performance and work basis they judge a person , there have no opportunity to lear something
