Worst company culture I've been found ever in this company.Debasree Ghosh- GM of this company is ruining Celex Technologies Pvt Ltd day by day.This company is the worst for employees in terms of providing facilities.

...ey said clean the office, unloading the stocks(it's too heavy) ,go to delivery. They detect salary for damage for other employees does. He department didn't answer properly for your questions. And blackmail you block your of for ask too many questions,

Nothing to like here, very bad work culture, no balance in life, administration, management is too bad. Most of uneducated people holding managerial posts, no improvement for any workers except MD and 2-3 managerial persons.

In side production house there has AC.

BTECH or Diploma holder both are working labour job( not as supervisor). Duty hours is almost 10 to 11 hrs untill your daily targetof production not gets fullfill.
