Friendly work environment and Job Security. i been working here from past 7 years, Managers and Administration staffs are very good and no restrictions on timings, people can work on their convenient time, but employees needs to be maintain at least 8 hours per day. Celestial also entertain employees to grow their skills and also process is very transparent. work environment is also good . overall its good.

Some low class project managers attitude. If there is any personal problem between the managers, should not speak with opposite team practice members like street fight. Do not go to lunch together. Simply, always gang war between Kannada and North Indian Peoples.
