Everything They laid you off without any warning they not even convert you they pay very less in training they hired you at 6.5 or more package but not convert you to get that package you will work as a trainee and get 13000 per month that to in office

... very first 4 month, My role was intern again and stipend was Rs. 10k per month. Then next months my role would become trainee and pay was 15k per month. After that I will be converted to Associate developer and package was 6.5LPA CTC with base pay of 5LPA. So, I opt-out.

It was learning experience for me. Nothing bad about it.

You will have heavy work so you will have good skill development. You will always work more than your working hours. There is no working hours so enjoy and work 12-15 hours a day.

... of micro management. You need to provide every hours of work in your timesheet. If time sheet ia not approved by your managaer, you will not receive your salary.
