Everything They laid you off without any warning they not even convert you they pay very less in training they hired you at 6.5 or more package but not convert you to get that package you will work as a trainee and get 13000 per month that to in office

As I had joined this company as a fresher, I went throught lot of exposure to multiple technologies and lucky enough to have hands on them. I worked in an competitive environment which really boosted up my skills on personal level.

This directly affects the employees like delay in full time conversion, increments, bonus, salaries and etc. 3) Promotions/Increment - Company does not care about your efforts on your teams and projects, they'll never reach out to your manager for feedback or either neglect that. People who would be getting better apprisals are those who have good connections(chattu). 4) Many More - There are tons of dislike that I have with this company but I think these are enough to justify.
