Nice salary structure, 5 days working, less workload. Good to work for freshers mainly as they do not have many projects.

Unrealistic expectations. No credit for hard work. They just keep delaying appraisals

As I had joined this company as a fresher, I went throught lot of exposure to multiple technologies and lucky enough to have hands on them. I worked in an competitive environment which really boosted up my skills on personal level.

...his comany. 2) Management - Company is planning too much but fails to implement. This directly affects the employees like delay in full time conversion, increments, bonus, salaries and etc. 3) Promotions/Increment - Company does not care about your efforts on your teams and projects, they'll never reach out to your manager for feedback or either neglect that. People who would be getting better apprisals are those who have good connections(chattu). 4) Many More - There are tons of dislike that I have with this company but I think these are enough to justify.

Salary Compensation & Project Exposure is quite good.

Dislikes

Domains for project exposure is limited in the team which were only SAP. Work-Life balance is not so good here sometimes you may also have to work for 16-20 hrs a day.

...aying off without any reason no is in good mental State due to this environment. Rules change overnight Pay is less Stal your promotion to full time employee.
