...ack of support. No PF policy. Lack of trainings prior deploying to Client side. Delayed Salaries, Joining Bonus, Reimbursements. Lack of professionalism.

...n floor itself. Operation managers taunts you on floor if you miss on something. Company policies keeps on changing and you will never understand their salary structure and PF deduction. PF is not updated until and unless you request them continuously. Appraisal is good but growth is not good.

Dislikes

Cafeteria is not available, you have to go on stairs to have food. Washroom is not cleaned on regular basis and it would stink. Too unhygienic. Multiple groups are there in a single team and manager will only listen to the employees who are close (specifically those who smoke with them). Drugs. No respect to female employees at all. No one is free to speak and if someone does that person will be in bad terms with management. Shift time keeps changing even though it is rotational, the timing changes in every 3 months. No transparency at all. There are different targets for everyone and you can't ask the reason. And if you resign they will give you multiple reason of delays on paperwork. You will not receive the relieving/experience letter until and unless you keep reminding them.

In this company there all politics all important senior like owner ceo client hr & agents each n everyone keeps taking revenge only you'll get terminated without any valid reason even senior keeps bad eyes on there employees pass comments to each other on back even these guys hacks social media accounts & read our personal stuffs Even if hr owner client & ceo knows that manager or operations have hacked your social media accounts then also they won't ask anything to that person instead of they'll blame you that you have made the plan there's no jobs security no increament no confirmation about shift change of sentences everytime even companies rule gets changed in every single time whenever company comes wrong place

The place is so negative and full of people who think they own the company. Was not there for a long time but came to know its true colours. They cut the payment with baseless reasons. They behave arrogantly some times.I didnot get any support or help to improve my skills. It was a total waste of time and energy.
