No work life balance, No appreciation, Always you feel guilty for what you done or not done, No appraisals No job security No WFH No leaves either you are telling them one month ago No company policies or ethics. They can change the policies whenever they want. High level office politics.

No work life balance(may have to do more than 12 hours shift, and still no appreciation) After working so hard and giving your time & skills, very poor appraisal. Office politics No company ethics No job security(you can be fired at any time without any valid reason) No stable company policies & rules, it may change anytime without any prior information. No WFH

They are firing employees and there is no management and they are not able to support any employee in this COVID-19 lockdown

A small company with 15 people where senior developers have the right to say anything to the junior developers and they have no management and there is full of partiality and they have no vision for expansion that's why they have a tea of 15 people since 4 years
