...mmates is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company Policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

This is a group of two companies RK construction and Ceigall India Ltd. RK construction staff make pressure on Ceigall staff and no one listens to the single staff in the Head office. RK construction staff do whatever they want on the site and harass Ceigall staff and force them to run away or drive them away.

Middle Management of this company is not co-operative with junior staff. Also they don't promote juniors for their best performance instead they appoint senior over them.

Dislikes

...stead they appoint seniors above them which are less knowledgeable than juniors. Salary increment and initial salary is very bad for experience person.Working environment is very poor.Hr department of this company is useless.They not help employees properly.Leave structure is very poor.we will beg for leaves which we earn every month to middle management and hr can't help in this regard.

Very less pay scale. 7 days full time working. Even they didn’t provide you your experience letter or offer letter after resignation. Very poor management of HR.

As my experience was totally terible out there they don't appreciate and good work done by employees but blame you continuously for the work done whether that work is not in your hand. Top management behaviour towards employees is also totally terible. Also they don't doing terrible with staff but also with the customer experience as well they are also practicing some wrong ethics on floor changing expired product date to new date by placing there's own barcode on it and try to play smart in front of customer. Suggest new person not in join this organisation at any cost they don't appreciate you in the terms of work and monetory benefits. They gonna terminate you at any point of time but expect you to give them advance notification to them before leaving.
