The salary is 12600 in starting year and the workload especially in curing department is to much you will not get time even to have lunch or anything both physically and mentally work here if sometimes if tyres is cured and not There is no Eot to lift the tyre we have to take out from our hand from Curing machine and plus too much Hot work load to much and noting much you will learn

The Nashik Plant is driven by the Union Committee. Workers are taking undue advantage, and if someone tries to make some changes, he is kicked out, giving the reason that it will create unrest.
