The salary range is good as far as Nashik city is concerned. Good product demand is in the market.

Dislikes

The Nashik Plant is driven by the Union Committee. Workers are taking undue advantage, and if someone tries to make some changes, he is kicked out, giving the reason that it will create unrest. Always, negotiation takes place for small small issues. No local management stands for Whistel blower things...Only Meri Aawaj Suno. So most managers have a worker-type attitude or mentality, and they also admit nothing is going to change, as Chalane Do.

Company culture is very good.ceat concern about our safety that's the another good things.canteen areas are very clean.

Dislikes

Company should pay attention to their employees whose behaviour is very poor at new associates.You should fired those unmannered associate who discouraged new comers.They mentally harassed them.Same things also happened with me.

I am part of a team of ceat I love that fact .also my colleagues comes from different culture background , and we work happily with each other , knowledge sharing is reliable and easily ,

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow .the work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 12-14 hours in a day . there are new plant so some facilities gain moderately, which is a pain sometimes.
