Heavy work pressure, literally noone to guide you if your experience is less Accessiblity is again difficult thing as it is in a remote area. Senior managers from production domain are so rude but my manager was good. The salary is 12600 in starting year and the workload especially in curing department is to much you will not get time even to have lunch or anything both physically and mentally work here if sometimes if tyres is cured and not There is no Eot to lift the tyre we have to take out from our hand from Curing machine and plus too much Hot work load to much and noting much you will learn
