company is good, management are full supportive, and there is not restrictions that employee should bend to seniors everyone are equal and free. According to this I give rating 5 out of 5

.... I need to get incentive of 4000 but not given even if I worked for incentive And from 17500 salary I got only 10,800 but remaining amount is not credited. And when asking company the main reason is salary crediting company has been migrated so changed to another company, otherwise the company is good In this review i will give rating 3 out of 5 because they didn't done this wanting it just happened but company should think earlier about this

Salary timing is excellent every month end 31 st date salary credited in account this is the best thing in this company...

The salary is 12600 in starting year and the workload especially in curing department is to much you will not get time even to have lunch or anything both physically and mentally work here if sometimes if tyres is cured and not There is no Eot to lift the tyre we have to take out from our hand from Curing machine and plus too much Hot work load to much and noting much you will learn

The salary range is good as far as Nashik city is concerned. Good product demand is in the market.

The Nashik Plant is driven by the Union Committee. Workers are taking undue advantage, and if someone tries to make some changes, he is kicked out, giving the reason that it will create unrest. Always, negotiation takes place for small small issues. No local management stands for Whistel blower things...Only Meri Aawaj Suno. So most managers have a worker-type attitude or mentality, and they also admit nothing is going to change, as Chalane Do.

...as no value now. People who are pleasing bosses are being given good increments. Salary is not at par with industries. After working for 27 years ,salary was not satisfactory.
