Extremely Orthodox in terms of working... they want to make a person agnostic system by employing binding processes but usually it ends as an exercise in futility. Your success here will be defined by how well connected you are to the key persons. Most of the time you will end up doing chasing stuff which where never your KRAs to begin with

At higher level people are really focussing on key issues, organisation really cares about its workforce and salary structure is way better than the peers. Focus of the organisation is to find new ways to serve customer base and new ideas are tested every now and then

They fail miserably in execution (middle management is weak), consistency in implementation is lacking... systems and processes are put in place but requires loads of intervention and meddling if a task is to be completed... too much dependency on line manager

The salary is 12600 in starting year and the workload especially in curing department is to much you will not get time even to have lunch or anything both physically and mentally work here if sometimes if tyres is cured and not There is no Eot to lift the tyre we have to take out from our hand from Curing machine and plus too much Hot work load to much and noting much you will learn

The Nashik Plant is driven by the Union Committee. Workers are taking undue advantage, and if someone tries to make some changes, he is kicked out, giving the reason that it will create unrest. Always, negotiation takes place for small small issues. No local management stands for Whistel blower things...Only Meri Aawaj Suno. So most managers have a worker-type attitude or mentality, and they also admit nothing is going to change, as Chalane Do.
