There isn't enough good to say about ceasefire but yes you get your salary on time and you have a so called good company in your resume

Dislikes

There are many but the most irritating is you DO MBA and get place in campus and work like a door to door salesman. That's not worth it.

...beneficial to the growth and career for a fresher, especially for a MBA student. The job profile , the salary structure and the growth is all stagnant. First hand experience and recommendation that it is a waste of time and effort. The manager is rude, abusive and impartial. The job is demotivating.

The industry is not supporting in any way. Instead of supporting they laid us threw out of the organisation. No work environment forcing us to come DELHI to do work for home, why should we go their in the midst of crysis and pandemic? If we are safe here we are good. In its record , this company never pays their x employees full and final . So before giving resignation try to take the salary and then put resign . You will loose hope after doing follow-up and one day you will forget about your FnF amount . And the HR’s will not pickup your call and if they pickup , they will extend the month on after the another .
