Common excuses include taking more leaves, being unavailable for overtime, or not being available during fixed working hours, even if you consistently complete your 8 hour daily target Employees are frequently required to work on weekends without being allowed to charge overtime, as project hours are limited in most of the cases. Lack of flexible metrics to assess employee performance is a major concern. Performance evaluation solely depends on the manager's perception, making it crucial to interact more with your manager rather than focusing solely on work or interacting with fellow employees.

...ng it's a business and nothing can be expected and guaranteed for career growth. If projects are there then you might be continued with a salary based on the project rate, however, priority will be given to some communities. So, for project-based recruitment, I will leave it to your choice. Don't get confused with my review feedback, still it's a good company where you can establish your skills and enrich your career if you know somebody in a good position.

Well maintained work life balance is present and colleagues are friendly. You can develop your skills with the cooperative managers.

Salary hike is not good! This is the main issue here. And also organisation structure is not well maintained.

No work-from-home options. Some management politics between the office affects the promotion or appraisal. No big difference in the appraisal between the performer and non-performer.

Company has chosen me and given an opportunity at corporate office based on my performance at the project. Professional people. Quality working culture. 05 days a week working.

Compensation is good, but growth is slow despite of very good ratings work wise.
