Pro Employee centric policy The organisation does not differentiate between departments They can take special request of individual employees You are always heard in townhall

Cons Salary is low Appraisal are not that good There are no bonuses

teammates are very good,No training on technologies, NO job security, No Career growth, less salary, No travel, Managers are very political especially hyderbadi, worklife balance is there.

remove all managers(Hyderabadi.. most of are political) who are sitting here since long time on high package nothing doing for team..

Great working culture Employee friendly policies No variable pay. All fixed salary. Good scope for innovation and learnings

CDK prefers working from office. No WFH Salaries are less compared to market.

Good for learning cutting edge technology only. They will hire at high package but no respect for people. Lot of good HR policies like leaves, flexi hours, remote work, home pickup drop. But at the end there is no respect from leaders.

Dislikes

...n fired for raising concerns against the leaders. No integrity in the leaders. Bad decisions in hiring, salary decisions. No business strategy for many products.
